For me, Beamdog has always been about our people: We succeed because of our people, the talent and passion our staff bring every single day, and we absolutely owe our success to you, the Beamdog staff. My vision for our workplace is to offer team members not just a job in games, but a career where they can grow their talent, skills, and creativity with us over the years, a place to hone skills and develop new capabilities.

We are in the business of building fun, and we try our best to reflect that in our day-to-day workplace by keeping perspective on our epic projects, while managing the work-life balance of our team. It hasn’t happened overnight, and it does take continual work, but I’m proud to say we’ve built a culture that lets people be who they are, and lets their awesomeness shine through. We also make fun games and have a good time doing it.
