When does MythForce release?

MythForce releases globally on September 12th, 2023 for PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Steam, and will officially exit Early Access on the Epic Games Store.

Can I buy a physical version of the game?

Aspyr and Beamdog partnered with Limited Run Games to release physical Standard and Collector’s editions of MythForce on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch. The Collector’s edition includes several exclusive items for fans and collectors. For more information on these products, available to pre-order through September 24th, visit Limited Run Games. Delivery dates for physical Standard and Collector’s editions are still TBD. There are no physical editions available for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.

How much does MythForce cost?

$29.99 USD

Is there any discount on Steam for MythForce players who bought the game in early access on the Epic Games Store?

Unfortunately, no.

What localizations / languages will be available in MythForce?

Does MythForce require a constant Internet connection?

You can play MythForce offline in solo. It'll automatically put you into the Offline Mode if it can't detect a network connection.

Is MythForce balanced for solo play?

You can play in groups of 1-4 (1-2 on Nintendo Switch) and difficulty scales depending on the number of players present. The one biggest difference in solo is you don't have other players to revive you when you go down in combat.

Is there offline Multiplayer (couch or local) in MythForce?

MythForce doesn’t support offline Multiplayer. There is no couch co-op in the game.

Does MythForce have Cloud saves?

Yes, MythForce supports cloud saves on all platforms. Cloud save functionality requires an active Nintendo Switch Online membership on Switch, an active PlayStation Plus membership on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. You must be logged in to a Microsoft account for cloud save functionality on Xbox One and Xbox X|S.

Can I play MythForce with Mouse & Keyboard, or with a controller?

MythForce supports both Mouse & Keyboard, and controller play.

Can I play MythForce on my Steam Deck?

MythForce is playable on Steam Deck, but it is not Steam Deck verified yet. There might be some issues when playing MythForce on Steam Deck, we will be working to improve compatibility after the release.

Is there any roadmap for MythForce going forward?

We do not have a public roadmap for MythForce at this time. We have incorporated active community feedback throughout our time in Early Access before launch, and we plan to continue to support and provide updates for MythForce after the release.
